Founder & Director
Jason C. Overs is the founder and executive director of OTRB4H INC., a California nonprofit dedicated to lifting communities through education, accountability, and genuine service. With over 25 years of experience spanning South Korea, Saudi Arabia, China, and the United States, Jason brings a global perspective to local Kern County challenges.
As "The Super Substitute," Jason has served students in LAUSD, LACOE, and Kern County school districts — specializing in SPED Behavior, RSP, SDC, and ESL instruction. His philosophy is simple: the three greatest abilities are Accountability, Responsibility, and Availability.
Jason founded OTRB4H on the conviction that meaningful change starts with the individual. When people commit to helping themselves, they unlock the capacity to help everyone around them.
