How It Works
Any kid can become a Junior Ranger — here's how.
Head to any national park, monument, historic site, or recreation area. Pick up a free Junior Ranger activity booklet at the visitor center.
Explore the park and complete age-appropriate activities in the booklet — scavenger hunts, nature observations, quizzes, and more.
Show a ranger your completed booklet, take the Junior Ranger pledge, and receive your official badge or patch. Collect one from every park you visit!
